Job Description:

As a Full-Time Commercial Supervisor at Landmark Roofing, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful installation of roofing systems within budget constraints. Your exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail will be instrumental in understanding and fulfilling our clients' needs. Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients.
• Liaise with roofing crews, fostering positive relationships.
• Schedule roofing installations in coordination with owners, general contractors, and roofing crews.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate the ordering of job materials as required.
• Perform leak repairs, inspections, and service calls as needed.
• Manage all aspects of dumpster and materials deliveries, including setup and tear down.
• Provide training to new crews on manufacturer specifications and installation details.
• Conduct inspections of completed jobs and perform any necessary tests.

Qualifications/ Skills:

• Prior experience in commercial roofing installation.
• Proficiency in problem-solving.
• Demonstrated efficiency and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently while seeking assistance when necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• A team player mindset, aligned with Company CORE values.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Schedule: Full - Time.
• Starting salary $60K, based on experience.
